FIRST COURSE
Jumbo Lump Crab Tostada
Accompanied by an avocado jalapeño relish, Napa cabbage slaw, and pasilla salsa finished with a red voodoo sauce, and served with hand cut tortilla chips
SECOND COURSE
Salad of Organic Field Greens
Served in a crisp potato tower with Clemson blue cheese
Finished with a white truffle vinaigrette and roasted crimini mushrooms
THIRD COURSE
Pan Seared Filet of Alaskan Salmon
Served with a sun-dried tomato risotto “pear” and wilted farmer’s spinach
